Zappos Return Policy

First, Zappos makes it easy for you to receive your merchandise by offering free shipping. The best part is that you can reasonably expect to receive your order in four to five business days. Once you receive your purchase, you have the option of returning the goods free of charge. All you have to do is visit your "My Account" page on the Zappos website and follow the "Self Service Return Instructions" in order to print out your UPS of USPS shipping label.

Zappos has a return policy that allows customers to ship back merchandise that doesn’t meet their requirements for 365 days after purchase. The only requirements are that the goods are returned unworn or unused, in the original packaging. Your regional fulfillment center will review your return within three days of receiving the package and you should have your refund in seven business days.

Nothing is easy about returning merchandise. There was no receipt slip in package. I had to look at the web site and then find returns. I had to go thru Amazon. When I got to Zappos website I was supposed to open an account with Zappos. I don't want an account with Zappos so I'll tell my giftgivers not to ever buy anything from Zappos again. The shoes I received are too small in places and hurt.

I bought a pair a boots for my boyfriend about a year ago and they were too big. He never wore them and are still in the. Oz. Is there any way I can return them if I don't have the original shipping slip?

Zappos customer service is mind blowing!! I bought a pretty expensive purse from them about a year ago, and it already started falling apart. I had no idea they had a 1 year return policy, but thought I would ask if I could get 50% store credit or anything. I just wanted to give the purse back. They were willing to give me a full refund. I opted for an exchange, as I just wanted a quality purse. I was left speechless with how quickly everything was processed & taken care of. Zappos is the best company I have ever shopped with.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love your customer service policies. I don't want to buy anything online unless I can get it from Zappos! I found the perfect shoes for my daughter's wedding and ordered them five months in advance. My broken foot is still healing and can't yet fit into my regular size. Because I got the shoes from Zappos, I don't need to worry if I need to go up in size to fit my foot if still doesn't fit by the wedding. I may even keep these and also get a larger size just to wear one of each. Only because it's Zappos do I not mind spending more money, because I know I will be getting great deals and service from them for the rest of my life.

Today I discovered two unauthorized payments to Zappos on my bank statement, one dated July 19 for ...that they made the mistake, they will not return my money until I process the dispute through the bank which will take another 2-3 weeks. Unbelievable!... a supervisor and was denied. I am confident I will get my money back in another month or so.

Love Zappos! I have ordered many shoes from them (and returned many)...they never complain, ...returned shoes) they bumped me up to VIP status. Now I receive my orders with next day shipping! BOOYEA! Have you ever had to call them for customer service. The people that answer ... to amaze me. Customer Service is NOT dead...Look to Zappos. Trust me...I am the fussiest crab you will ...

... anymore - they find it so much easier to find what they want on Zappos). I also like that you can read "real person" reviews ...the shoes were at my doorstep before 10a.m. on Friday (how do they do that????). The return process was so easy - the shoes were gone by Friday afternoon and the refund was immediate (I asked for credit, I will 100% certainly use it). I wish every company could be like Zappos.
