Samsung is a nightmare. I bought a tv online. They sent me a monitor instead. They collected the monitor. Weeks pass and they can't organise themselves to send me the tv I paid for. So I ask for a refund. They agree. Three weeks later, numerous emails, phone calls and online chats and still nothing. Simple message from this is never buy a Samsung product direct from Samsung!!!
