I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get a pick up scheduled for the refrigerator I am returning. I called on May 4th and got return ticket number and told 24 to 48 hours I would get call for pick up schedule. That never happened so called 4 days later and told was escalated. Now 3 days later still no call to schedule pick up so cust srvc escalated again??? Now told wait 72 hours possibly just to hear from someone to schedule pick up??? I have new frige coming in 2 days. I can't have 2 refrigerators in my home and I need refund asap!!!!!
