I am livid with greynhound. I purchased a ticket yesterday for my step daughter to get across the country. She had to go 100 miles to get to the station( which was also additional cable fair). Upon arrival to get on the bus she was told her tickets had been canceled and the money refunded and was not allowed to board the bus. She is now stranded and greyhound is of no help. I was even told by 1 employees that I could not speak with customers service as there was NO phone number to contact them.<br /> We don't know who canceled the tickets or where money was refunded to but it wasn't us!!!
