I Purchased A Washer And Dryer From Samsung.com. In Jan. 2022. It Arrived But The Washer Was Installed Incorrectly By The Installation Company They Use, Xpo. It Damaged My Wall With Water And Gouges. I Returned It For An Identical Exchange, And Again, Installed Incorrectly By Xpo, Causing Worse Damage To My Wall. So, I Returned It For A Refund. It Was Picked Up On 3/12/22. Now, It Is 4/21/22 And I Still Have Not Received My Refund. I Have Called Numerous Times. Once I Spent 2 Hours And 53 Minutes On The Phone With Them, Only To Be Told I Would Receive My Refund In 5-7 Days. I Have Called 6 More Times And Was Told Someone From The Correct Department Would Contact Me In 1-2 Days. No One Has Contacted Me. The Last Time I Called, They Didn't Have A Record Of The Washer Being Returned. This Shouldn't Surprise Me, As No Only 3 Or 4 Agents Out Of The 40 Or 50 That I've Talked To Seem To Know What To Do. Very Disgusted And Need To Hire A Lawyer And/or Take This To Court. Although I Read That Courts Rule In Favor Of Companies. I Have Had Overdraft Fees, Etc. As A Result Of Not Having My Money. I Do Not Have An Extra $800 To Just Give Away To Them.
