Best Buy sold me a broken robot vacuum which I ordered online. When I tried to return it they told me I was too late as it had been a month. I had not even opened the box unitl a couple weeks after receiving it. Then, I worked to try to connect it to my wifi for two weeks with no success even after mailing the app support. It never left the dock and I was unable to charge it as it continually said that it is offline. I have been a great customer to Best Buy for many years so I was shocked at the current horrible customer service. I also have never made a return. Nothing on my receipt states a two week return window. That must be in microscopic print online. I respect policy and if I have to lose a few bucks because I passed their imposed deadline, fine. However, to sell broken products and say, &quot;Sucks to be you.&quot; is dispicable. I now wasted 279.00 shopping at their horrible store and they do not care one bit. They just repeat their policy like robots. They offer no exchange options or replacement options. So, I just wasted my money on a broken product that I returned to their store. I am planning to purchase another vacuum and a phone. Guess where I won't be shopping? I feel terrible for any of their unsuspecting customers. Karma will be coming. Noone deserves to be disregarded and ripped off by Best Buy like I was. <br /> MAJOR overhaul of customer service is needed.
