Purchased front load washer in March of 2021. The date this item was built was in January 2021. The water pump went within 8 months. <br /> Samsungs repair affiliate diagnosed our washer, a couple of hours later we were informed our less than a year old washer was no longer available, meaning parts are no longer available. The repair affiliate recommended to Samsung to replace the unit or credit the customer on our behave. <br /> This is where our nightmare began. We have been calling Samsungs customer service on a daily basis for the last three weeks with little to no progress. Our daily response from Samsung: &quot;Our Exchange Department will be in touch&quot;. Dealing with these individuals has been frustrating and exhausting. We have requested on numerous occasions for the contact info for the exchange department. Each request we receive the following response. We cannot provide that information and our exchange department will be in contact. <br /> After reviewing all of the posted statements, we are at the beginning of a long battle with Samsung. <br /> Strongly recommend not purchasing a Samsung product.
