I purchased a mattress pad (the foam one ) just before Halloween here in Mexico and went to a closer one to get a store credit or card refund and in the first Dollar General the so call manager was very rude and didn't want to exchange or give me credit for the return item.Then I called the other Dollar General where I bought the mattress pad and a guy name Brian said that I could get credit or exchange the item if I had my receipt and if there was any questions to call him back and the so call manager at the first Dollar General didn't want to hear of it and said that their was no guy manager who works there and said if the item was not "damaged etc" that I couldn't return it then she was smart mouth when U asked her well does that mean that I lose my $11.00 that I paid for it and her response was gleefully "I guess so".?
