Stay away from the Samsung refrigerator. It broke down, 4 years from the purchase, The tech came in and said someone will come and fix it. Then they said that they need certified tech, then they could not provided. Then they asked me to find one . I did and paid 150 dol. The refrigerate can not be repaired. So I sent the ticket with the purchase prove and invoice (2 times). White label (2 times). It has been a third month still the refund department is working on it. Yes, I will contact a better business bureau. And social media and any place I can go to warn people about the lemon products they are selling and the bad business practices!!
