Last month (September) Kiss canceled their concert in Tinley Park, IL because Paul Stanley & Gene Simmons had tested positive for Covid. When they rescheduled the concert for October, Ticketmaster had posted a refund link for those that could not attend the new rescheduled date. On this link they said customers had until Oct. 8th to request a refund. I saw the link but because I was out of town did not make the request. I would do it when I get back in town. Well now I am back and went to make the request and the link is gone! I've checked every way I could but it is gone. So I contacted Ticketmaster to ask about the link and/or to give me a refund as I cannot attend the rescheduled date. All I keep getting back is a "robo" response telling me that the concert has been rescheduled and my tickets are good for the new date and they are not offering refunds! That is a Bold Faced lie not only because of the link I saw but a friend of mine, who also can't attend the rescheduled date, did request and receive a refund. Ticketmaster is lying and will not honor the link they originally posted which is unlawful. There has to be a way to get Ticketmaster to honor the link they originally posted.
