On Sunday 12th Sep 2021 I purchased ticket at Greyhound terminal in Washington DC going to Atlantic City with a return ticket from Atlantic City to Washington DC. <br /> So on my way back from Atlantic City on Tuesday 14th sep. 2021. My bus was scheduled To leave at 10:59 however my bus didn't arrived until 12:49. Ok I understand that things happened like traffic on the way. eventually I was on my way to Washington DC. When suddenly the bus started giving problems as we were like half an hour away to entering Baltimore and the bus eventually shut down on the highway at around 5pm. Sitting in the bus hoping that another bus will come soon to our rescue but off no avail, I as well as the other passengers was tired an hungry an very frustrated of this situation because from 10:59 when we were supposed to leave AC an reach DC at it's schedule time we were stuck on the highway after five hours. I got to DC 11:39pm. <br /> I'm sending this comment because I know greyhound is a large an well established company but they need to be more organized. I however is a true costumer with greyhound over 20 years an have in other situations like this many time before an I would like to continue using their services an I think they should refund me a portion off my money or give me some percentage of my next ticket.
