Purchased a computer monitor 3 months ago and it stoped working. They sent a repair guy to my home twice and they couldn't fix it. So I began the process of getting a refund. Ticket after ticket after ticket were created. Sent in all the requested documents including receipt & pic of serial number and 2 months later the still they are dragging out this process. It's ridiculous. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT..!
