HORRIBLE..!! i have defective Samsung Galaxy earbuds + which is not working from Day 1. <br /> <br /> Mode's operandi<br /> Sale of a costly phone with some additional points.<br /> Send faulty product<br /> then long wait for submitting back that product some service centers do not accept so go to another service center.<br /> long list of documents to be submitted from various agency ( I do not understand why it is not at one place)<br /> Obtaining DOA certificates ,producing ordinal receipts etc etc <br /> after relentless follow-up generally after one month you give some coupon code <br /> product is not available on site <br /> after some days you sent us email it is available when v go to site late in the day it is again not available<br /> someone from Samsung called us says sorry and ask us what the problem is<br /> after saying sorry again, he assures us to escalate the problem<br /> when we go to site if product is available, we apply coupon which says it is wrong coupon <br /> I again make complaint to company <br /> cycle time one-month approx.<br /> whole cycle repeats again<br /> this is going on from feb 2021 up to date !
