I would not recommend trying to return anything at Bestbuy, ever! Their return policies suck!!! I purchased 3 items their sales rep said I would need to hook up the new camera system I bought on 7-29-21 and found out that I only needed one of the items so I returned the unopened items on 7-31-21 and was told that the refund would be credited back to my card within 3 business days. Today is 8-6-21 and there is still no credit appearing on my card's activity. In case you were wondering, that is 8 days and 6 business days to return the money they do not have a right to tie up and there is no telling when they will get to it. They were Jonny on the spot and withdrew my money from my account before I had even left their parking lot, but they can't seem to find a way to return the money in the same timely fashion that they conned me into spending for something which I did not need!!! This is the world of big business and customer NON-service that we now live in. What ever happened to customer SERVICE and when did we forget that it is the CUSTOMERS who pays THEIR salaries?!?
