I will not shop here again. I bought an Ace wheel barrel that is defective. I was told that it is a tool and no returns on tools period. My argument is it is defective. Apparently does not matter. I paid 89.99 for this thing that you cannot carry anything because it flood to the left or right.<br /> Not cool at all. Doesn't even matter with or without receipt.
