I just wanted to let you know that I actually had a good experience with Samsung's returns. I have a brand new Samsung French Door Refrigerator that we got in January of this year and it's already having cooling issues. After contacting Samsung numerous times to troubleshoot they set up a request to have a technician come out to the house to fix it. Unfortunately I heard back a day later no one services my area, so they did offer a full refund of the appliance. I submitted all of the required information and paperwork via email and their text chat ... and held onto the refrigerator and received a full refund within two weeks. Hopefully this information helps someone else out.
