Poor service on returns. Not so easy as advertised. I had purchased items during peak of COVID and tried to immediately return and was told we could not because of the pandemic. Then in the summer and fall, again the notice was not yet. I tried today and was told too late... now pasted the 60 day window. Customer service on phone was not able to resolve the matter and just said my computer won't allow me to do it. So I respectfully asked for his boss who may have better luck with how to deal with an easy return gone rouge
