My purchase experience with Samsung.com was awesome. The agent answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. However, return was a whole different experience. I bought the washer and dryer set but due to height restriction I was unable to stack the units. I tried to return the brand new stacking kit to Samsung but I was out of luck. There was no option to initiate the return through my Samsung account, my order or through the online chat. I called customer services 3 times and was transferred around every time. Calls dropped in the middle of the conversation each time and the agents never called me back. Email support was not available. I am giving up. It's been 2 weeks since I tried to return a $40 product and enough time was wasted. I will think twice the next time I buy from Samsung directly.
