Bad customer service they don't know what they doing and very lazy, the product was been return 10days ago since the product they send was damaged and defective for $120 of fake faded jewelry they sell, the stone was missing and instead it's rose gold it was dark bronze, it don't even look like cost $5 compare the price that was paid, I talk customer service today and says they don't know how to issue refund and track the item that we return thru UPS and other customer service says not in the system that it was return, so really they don't know what they doing till have to look for manager that hopefully know how to do. we are still waiting to get refund and she says 3 to 5 days after 10days we been waiting another 5 days. DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FAKE AND CHEAP PRODUCT BUT THEY COST A LOT
