Ordered some vitamins to make my sugar glider's food before I collect him up this Friday. I literally typed in my current address, and paid with PayPal, AGAIN selecting my current address. I haven't been to Petco in years because they just don't carry much that I need anymore, so I haven't updated my info on the site since 2016 or so.<br /> <br /> Lo and behold, they completely ignore my request twice on where it should be delivered, and sent it to the wrong place. I contacted support FIVE times. Each time I was told they cannot change the address, and assured me the driver would text me to let me know they were on their way.<br /> <br /> Never got a text. In fact, I didn't even get an emailed receipt from Petco despite arguing with one of their support staff that I should have and was told it was because I wasn't subscribed to their mailing lists. 1. I was. 2. Their mailing list literally says in fine print underneath it that I'd still receive purchase related emails even if I wasn't subscribed.<br /> <br /> Now it's been delivered to the wrong place, and I have no real proof of such, so they're refusing to refund me. :/ Now I have to go through PayPal. Absolutely ridiculous, man.
