After dealing with Samsung for over 6weeks regarding my 8 month old stove they were unable to fix, Samsung finally agreed to take back the stove and refund my money. Four days later, on a Sunday morning, I received a called from Lowe's (I originally purchased the stove from Lowe's) asking me if I requested a chargeback on my Lowe's credit card for the stove. I told her no, that I had dealt with Samsung the entire time regarding the stove. The Lowe's rep said she would send the request back to her corporate office.<br /> Meanwhile, no refund. Of course I had to purchase another stove, since I didn't have a working oven.<br /> Since December 2020, my 5 year old Samsung washer and dryer stopped working, the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator stopped working and I my oven stopped working. And 5 yr old Samsung TV is not compatible with my Apple TV. Their products are worthless!
