I bought two items for $9 anf change. They didn't fit still had tags on. Went in w/o my card I used. Wouldn't return it w/o the card. I'm not going to watch my bank account to make sure $9 gets returned. What if it doesn't get returned?! Below $20 should be cash back...period!!
