I purchased a washer with my paypal and a dryer with Samsung credit. I had to return the items and the process was effortless. Some things are just too good to be true though. Items were picked up for return on October 7th. I received the credit to my credit card but here we are 2.5 months later and no refund for the washer. They also have it appearing online as if the item hasnt been returned. As others mentioned it is countless phone calls just to be going in circles. I have now filed a dispute through PayPal and Monday will found out what happens next as Samsung hasn't responded to PayPal. During these times it really sucks for them to be playing with people's money.
