I battled Samsung for 8 days trying to get a Return Merchandise Number. Texts, messages, calls, countless internet wasted hours, etc. It was only this morning I accessed a Samsung social page of dissatisfied customers like me, that I invited people to call or email me so I could initiate a civil class suit action through an outstanding Austin lawyer friend of mine. Then a miracle happened. I was able to talk to Jenny working from a Philippines call center. She was outstanding, affable, and amicable and in a flash sent the RMN. Coincidence? Who knows? But, be assured that after this experience I and all my family, friends, and acquaintances will never buy a product from Samsung. Jenny deserves a raise for saving Samsung millions if the case had been taken to a federal court. Good riddance.
