Worst customer service. Planning to take legal action against company. Bought Note Ultra. Received on December 1st. Haven't opened box. We have been asking for a Return Merchandise Number for 8 days. No response. Call after call keep getting reps from call centers in Dominican Republic, Philippines and God knows where. They promised to email RMN. Still waiting. What will it takes to get Samsung to respond?. We feel reipped and cheated.
