Terrible service! They would not do a refund and I had a receipt and it was purchased within 8 hours only. They kept telling me to refuse the package when it arrives to my place...like what?! Who does that kind of service...yes, only Michael's! <br /> And really, it should be refunded if you call right away BEFORE it even gets shipped. My reasons that I couldn't cancel it earlier was because this purchase was made in the evening. Unfortunately, I pressed one item by mistake on shipping and the rest was done by curb pickup. When I realized that I didn't select curb pick up on that one item ...it was to late they said and would not help me. My tracking number was showing that it wasn't even being in process of getting picked...how is it to late. They completely refused to cancel it. I got charged more on it because they did not include sale price and extra cost for shipping. I am so mad!!!! <br /> They do not know how to run online business. I have worked with Amazon and other retailers in the past....and Michael's is very inexperienced when it comes to online service. Poor customer service as well! When you call there, they have no idea what to do or say...they will constantly put you on hold and nothing gets done. It's like they never know what to do and need to check. Very poorly trained people. Please save your money and if you need to order on line SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll be calling better business bureau as well. <br /> DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON LINE FROM THEM because if you ever need to exchange or refund it will be impossible!!!
