I bought a new range/oven from Samsung in June 2020. By October 2020 I had an error message. Called Samsung and it took one week for them to locate a technician. The tech came out, ordered parts, came back 3 weeks later, once Samsung finally got him the parts, and the parts were not the correct ones. He found this out by taking the whole oven/stove apart on my kitchen floor. He said he had to order another part. Meanwhile Thanksgiving is next week and we have no oven no stove.
