We recently ordered 4 panels of curtains on line and the order was accepted and confirmed. 2 days later we received an email saying they could not fill the order (no reason giving) and they will credit the card.I thought the order was canceled. One week later 3 panels were delivered to our home . Why would they send an incomplete order ,now I have to return 3 curtain panels of which I did not order by taking it back to Pennys which I do not want to do because of COVID. I ordered 4 panels because I need 4 panels not 3. Thanks but no thanks.
