By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The Samsung repair company broke the freezer coil in my Samsung refrigerator. He said they would replace it. That was a lie. <br /> They offered me the price I paid for the refrigerator minus 10% for each year I owned it. That was three years. I completed all the requested paper work and was emailed a letter stating that my refund was being processed. Purchased a new refrigerator, not a Samsung, and they took the old refrigerator away as part of the delivery service. Now it's 2 months later and still not check from Samsung. Now I get a woman on the phone saying the refund has been canceled? Now, 3 months into this they says I was supposed to keep the old refrigerator until I got the check? What? Nowhere in and paperwork or phone conversation was that ever mentioned. I've spent over 15hrs in phone calls and still nowhere. Stay away from this Samsung Appliance company. HORRIBLE
