Sent my phone case and Galaxy Note 20 back. I wanted to exchange the phone for the bigger version Galaxy Note Ultra. I received an email stating my return was received and being processed for the phone case. When I called about the phone I was told they didn't have it. THE PHONE AND PHONE CASE WAS MAILED IN THE SAME BOX!! I HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE CHAT, EMAIL, AND ON THE PHONE BUT NO ANSWERS. Now they are asking about the weight of the box. The phone and phone case was in the same box so go ask the person in your warehouse that opened the box where my phone is. This is ridiculous!!! I keep getting the same statement "we are still working on it and we will email you by the end of the day". I will never order another phone from Samsung. I will be on every social media site about this issue.
