I purchased a $340 tool for a up coming project that they do not carry in store nor have a ship to store option on. I received a text stating the tool has been delivered by FedEx 2 days early. Rushing home like a crazy person, excited for my new toy,I was let down and dismayed to find not a package in sight. More so after speaking with customer service and told that there isn't anything they are willing to do for the missing package besides open a FedEx investigation. I was informed that I will have to dispute charges with my bank. So now Homedepot wont admit to error, FedEx won't. Hopefully my bank can reverse the charges. Singularly unhelpful. Thanks Home Depot I have never been screwed so cheerfully when completing online purchases. Way to keep a buck and repulse your customers. Good job.
