I had purchased several pairs of jeans for my daughter on Sunday October 11, 2020. The dressing rooms are closed due to Covid, so there was no way to try on clothes before purchase. The clerk did not mention that the purchases are Final Sale. Had I known I wouldn't have made the purchase. I tried to return the items on Monday October 12, 2020. Just One day after purchase and was told. NO Returns. I spoke to the manager who said clothes have never been returnable, but I know I have received store credit before. He also said it's printed on the receipt that clothes are not returnable which it is not. And he said there is an announcement on the stores intercom which there isn't. <br /> <br /> If you are going to clothes the fitting rooms, then you have to allow returns. <br /> <br /> Good will has lost a customer over this policy. I'm so angry and disappointed.
