My husband and I purchased him a cell phone, just yesterday evening.It was damaged badly and would not even activate. We tried to return it last night and was told no returns, company policy; also told would not replace it because it's company policy. Tried again after church today and unfortunately got the very same response. My husband needs the phone for work. His old one finally died. He lost his regular job due to covid-29. He now relies on day labor. Dollar General At Bay Street, Savannah GA, 31415. Doest even have a same day return policy. Very Sad that this small and needed return policy no longer works for the customer these days. I have never had to take anything back before or ask for an exchange. I understand it's a bad business practice and will not hold any anger. My heart only hold kindness.
