Received my order from JCP via UPS. Label on package was addresses to me correctly, however the contents and invoice was for someone else in SC. Called JCP and told them about the mix up and was told they were going to send me a UPS label, and they wanted me to tape the package back up, print the label and return to closest UPS facility. What? I told them no, I wasn't going to take their mistake back to UPS. I told them to call UPS and have them to return and pick it up, customer service told me &quot;ok, but you need to print the label.&quot; Nope, not today, I told the young lady to have UPS print it and bring it with them during the pickup. <br /> <br /> Customer service then tells me &quot;ok, have a nice evening.&quot; I said wait, what about my missing items, and she replied &quot;what about it? I explained to her once again that I did not receive my items, and had no idea where they were. By this time I didn't care and told her refund my money to my MC, I no longer wanted the items. She told me she credited my account and should see it in about 5-7 business days, however, it does not show on my online account. If not reversed I will have MC reverse the charges.<br /> <br /> I'm done with JCP.
