I bought these earbuds in April and they came defective. I called Samsung multiple times with no help. I finally sent them in on June 15th. They sent them back to me saying they fixed them but they had the same problem so I sent them back to samsung on Juky 8th. A couple weeks later I got a message saying there was no defect and they would be sending them back to me without repair. I called them to complain as I dont want them to send back the defected items and they said they would open a ticket for a replacement with a brand new pair. That was on July 8th. I never got an update so I contacted them and they assured me they were sending the replacement. I never got the replacement so I called them about 15 more times and got the run around everytime since then. Today is August 27th and I finally got the "replacememt pair" but they are the same exact defected earbuds I originall sent. I am so upset.same exact serial number and everything. Very upset right now. 3 months of pure hell dealing with their customer service and not one of them were competent enough to actually get a new pair sent to me. I have so much anxiety thinking about having to deal with them again that Im thinking about just throwing this pair away, counting my losses, and going with Bose instead.
