I purchased a Samsung galaxy S 20+ from Samsung directly out right. The cell phone has been repaired and they refuse to give me a full refund. It is not acceptable that I purchase a $1200 phone and I get a lemon right out of the box. I refuse to use a repaired phone that cost me $1200 especially because it has already been repaired twice within three months. I have requested a full refund they said for me to send the phone back to them which I did and now I get a ticket telling me that They have repaired the phone once again and they have repaired the phone once again and they're sending it back to me
