I bought a 65 in 7 series television and three weeks later found out the screen was defective. I called customer service and they ensured me that a service technician would be sent to replace the screen within two weeks. Three weeks later, I called to find out they had closed the ticket as we didn't answer when they called. They called while we were at work and didn't leave a message. We got a text message three days later indicating the ticket was closed without a reason as to why. After sitting on the phone for about three hours and being transferred multiple times, found out that there isn't a service tech in area so a request for replacement was made. Supervisor of case management promised to call within twenty four hours to help us identify what we needed to do next. It has been three weeks and still no call from the supervisor. We are still waiting for someone to assist us. Honestly, they have to have the worst customer service in the industry.
