Purchased a 75"QLED Q60R Samsung TV in March. It was great for 3 months, then it started cycling off and on nonstop. It turns out that it is a known problem with Samsung. A repair appointment was scheduled, but no one showed up. I then was told they were unable to schedule another appointment that I would be issued a refund. I have done everything they have asked, but still I wait. Overall a bad experience. My home is filled with Samsung products. If not resolved soon I will switch brands. Also im not happy with my note10+ either.
