On !/18/2020 we came into your the north Riverside store to buy a COMPLETE desk top computer system. Over the years we have purchased many appliances TV's from that store and have had wonderful experiences I know little about computers and really don't want to know about them <br /> That's why I went to your store there you are supposed to have the people who know electronic and I should be able to go in ask for a COMPLETE computer system and walk out of your store with one UNFORTUNATLY that is not what happened. The system I was sold had NO sound to it so it's not a COMPLETE system I had to go back and buy a sound system 3 times and each time I was told just plug it in and it will go on BS The first sound system was a logistics I returned that one Your Geek Squad sold me my second system a Baby Boom Bluetooth speaker It cost me $50.00 to have them come out and install it. They did they turned it on but didn't tell me how to turn it on or all the steps I had to go through to get the speaker to work. If they had I would have told them to take the speaker and stick it where the sun never shines. So the Pandemic hit and I tried to return the speaker unfortunately your store wasn't taking any returns they told me to come back later when they were open So I am going months with no speaker on my computer why because I relied on your people to sell me a COMPLETE COMPUTER SYSTEM All the computers I had prior to this one had SOUND So I come in and try to exchange the Baby Boom for a different sound system Your store would not exchange it WHY NOT??? A LIZ who claimed to be Rubin's Manager Rubin claims to be your store manager said cannot be exchanged was extremely rude unprofessional and if she is around you will loose more business with her attitude
