All I can say is, HORRIBLE!I have tried on multiple occasions to contact someone, ANYONE at JCPENNEY to help me to return an order. I have been put on hold from 19 minutes all the way to 50 minutes only to be disconnected after the ridiculous wait. What on earth is going on with them? So, what are all of us supposed to do?<br /> After reading other reviews about not getting refunded, I think I will just give this order away to someone who can use the items.<br /> I have to wonder if they are even reading these comments. Probably not!
