I held onto an online purchase of curtains awaiting to return when they reopen to avoid my own shipping fee. Two calls to local store after they open curbside and they said not accepting returns. Why not?! Take my item, go to your register, done deal. After a month or so I finally paid $12 to ship back. They received on Wednesday and after finding all these comments I fear I won't get my money anytime soon. And heard they are going bankrupt. Super disappointed that they made a bad situation worse for themselves.
