I have been a loyal JC Penney customer for countless years. I am currently in the process of trying to obtain information on a return. I have been on hold for 45 minutes thus far!!!!!!!!! Was told the wait time would be 59 minutes!!!! In reading all of the negative comments and reviews I am not holding out much hope in resolving this issue. still waiting............ OK SO SOMEONE PICKED UP ONLY TO PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN1!! then I was disconnected on hold again..... total wait time..... 1 hour 15 minutes!! now was told I had to pay shipping fees or wait until store reopened which may be never!!
