I made an online purchase on May 3 at 8:00am to pick up from a local store. The website said that the item was in stock. I received an email at 9:15am saying<br /> The below item(s) in your order (removed actual order number) have run out of inventory at your local Ace store. We apologize for the inconvenience.<br /> <br /> As a courtesy, we have ordered this item(s) to be shipped to your local Ace store to arrive in their next shipment.<br /> <br /> Please look for your Order Ready email indicating that the item(s) has arrived at your local Ace store and is ready for pick up or delivery (if delivery was selected at checkout).<br /> <br /> I called the local store and was informed that the shipment would be in on May 5. I didn't want to wait so I went to the store to purchase something similar to the original item. There I was told to call on Monday to cancel the online order because customer service is only open Monday thru Friday.<br /> I called Monday and cancelled the order. Here I am today, no product, and no refund. They're online order system is horrible. I will only purchase inside of the store and using cash. I'm now in the process of having to fight for $100+ dollars for a product I didn't receive.
