I purchased 3 prom dresses in the store. The stores all closed. Contacted on line. com and was told I had to return them to the store. I received a bill. Called Penneys Credit card company and explained that I was waiting for the stores to open and I was returning them. Told I needed to make the required payment which I did. Now I received another bill with interest charges and another required payment due. This is wrong. We should not be required to pay when we notify them we are returning items and we should not be charged interest. This is not right. Are we going to be able to return curbside ?
