I use the digital coupons app and honestly spend ridiculous amounts at dollar general because of it. Today me and wife both went to ogdensburg location. Upon checking out my cart the register froze and was not adding coupons or taking my check card. I ended up paying cash after asking if they could check that all coupons went through, they told me there all on there my total was over 90 dollars. I thought it off but as there was a manager saying I went through I believed, boy was I wrong 23 dollars wrong, and double charged for a Swiffer at 12 dollars. My wife went next her total came to 130 she's not nice like me or passive started showing the app coupons and the guy manually keyed a few then said she could pick one more. Like what is wrong here we never spend pennies there, are loyal customers, and we aren't talking a 50 cent difference we're talking 23 dollars on mine and hers is at 30 off so far. I have decided I will go back Tuesday when different manager is on, the coupons expired at midnight so not sure what they will do, but I'm committing myself to get my 23 dollars back or I'll return the whole shop and stick with family Dollar. My wife just wants the money back from coupons, if the guy hadn't told her one more and rushed her out with attitude she likely wouldn't care about the 30 plus dollars and tell me not to worry about mine either.
