I too placed an on line order...trying to help the economy!...but need to do a return. I was able to find the return information that I would have to mail my return to one of 3 addresses with the shopping invoice. Not as convenient as most other on line returns I have done. My concern is that I would have to go to the post office or a UPS store to then send as I have no clue what postage to put on my package, even if I have enough stamps - and I am staying home because of the Covid crisis - I live in a high outbreak area. Why isn't JCP processing a return shipping label and then deducting the postage (or UPS charge) from my refund. Come on JCP... this would help your sales immensely if you made the shopping experience like most others!
