i brought a samsung split Ac of 1.5 ton on 24th february 2020, it was installed on 26th FEB 2020 by the samsung service person , when they installed it was ok and we colling is good, but after 1 hr i observed the cooling is gradually dropped , the next day on 27th Feb i complained to the service person to check the colling , he told that it will take 20 min to coll down and he went away , but the room is not colled , we waited for few days and called to costumer care on 4th March , on 5th march they send their person he come and checked the outdoor unit and conformed that there is a leakage in the outdoor unit gas , next day (6th march) another two technicians came and fill the gas and went , but we didnt get any cooling from my Ac , and we complained to the samsung CC, next day same technician came to inspect the AC. and we heard some mind blowing suggestions from him that the room is too big so that i have to purchase a 2 ton Ac . he even didnt check the indoor unit, i told him that is there any problem with indoor unit we will exchange , but he answered me that the indoor unit is working good , and he told that he also dont know the problem ...next day on 7th march another person came to inspect (who is senior technician and head of the samsung service of my area ) he told that the outdoor unit is top from indoor unit so that cooling is not coming and suggested me to change the outdoor unit from top to bottom (i heard this type of suggistion from a senior techinician from a world famous brand like SAMSUNG, i dont know how to laugh ) he also promised me that he will resolve my issue in 24 hrs ... on 9th march another person (who is a Superior to all the techinicians so called sr manager) came with his team (3 members) they first filled the gas in outdoor unit and checked for 20 min , then they observed that colling is dropping gradually , and finally they checked the indoor unit and told that there is a leakage in indoor unit coil , they also take some photos of leakage coils , the sr manager told that thay will replace the whole Ac and will install another new AC, they also promised me that it will be done by 11th March , ..on 10 th march evening one person from samsung CC called me and told that replacement is not possible as they are not having stock , and he told he will refund the money and he took my bank details , he told that it will take 7 days to gibe the cheque, on 14th march another person called and told he will REPAIR the coil, but i didnt agreed to REPAIR ,, so he agreed to refund the amount .. after two days (i.e on 16th march ) i again called him to know my status , he told that it is not approved and he is trying to approve my refund . then i called to SAMSUMG CC Exexutive and again complined about my issue , the samsung CC EXE told that he will resolve in 24hs(as their daily part of job )but i dint get any call.. on 18th march once again i called to SAMSUNG CC EXE to explain my issue (as it is costumers job to explain the issue to another new CC EXE )after 1hr 22 min of my explinations about what happend in the past 20 days he finally connected me to GM of samsung services of my area (ie, GACHIBOWLI , HYDERABAD ,INDIA). He told that it is approved for refund my amount and i will get a cheque within a week , after 22nd the sistuations changed due to LOCKDOWN ,,on 31st march i had a chat with your samsung CC AI to know my status , he told that due to LOCKDOWN SAMSUNG cant provide refund amount through any mode of transation (online bank transation).. and he clearly told me that my refund amount us APPROVED .. on 22nd APRIL agin i had a chat with sansung CC for update , this time i heard that samsumg will give us coupon insted of refund amount ,,,, so i think all the SAMSUNG CC EXE are sleeping or they are giving answers without knowing , these type of different answers are not appreciable by a known brand like SAMSUNG . iam completly dissipointed with the SAMSUNG SERVICES AND SAMSUNG COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVES , simply skipping the costumer and not giving proper answer what the costumer need , they are simply telling that its costumer fate ,
