I purchased a Samsung refrigerator. It was made in 2013. Sonits born that old to be causing me so much hassle. I had technician from Sears to fix it 2 times. It had guarentee atnthe time thank good news cause it was expensive. Then due to a protection plan it had I was about to get refunded for groceries lost due to warming. Had that fixed. But neither of technicians declared a lemon or loss. So I was stuck with it. I called Samsung they would charge me 250 dollars just to come and look at it to determine it I would get a refund or not. I paid well over 1,000 dollars. Still a piece of junk. The worst investment ever. It barely works and it's starting to spoil my food. With times of grocery prices being at the highest due to Covid19. I cant afford.to keep buying groceries. SAMSUNG should step up to the plate man up and take full responsibility for the lemon I have. I deserve a full refund and this junk out of my house.
