We scheduled a flight for 4 persons to Ireland and then had to cancel due to the Covid -19 virus and travel ban. It is a nightmare and extremely frustrating even to find the correct place to begin to get a refund or find out how to get our > $5000 worth of tickets refunded to us. No one will answer the phone, putting me on hold for more than 5 hours, no one will answer the chat line, I even found the corporate address and send them information via email. NO ANSWER FROM ANYONE. <br /> <br /> I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIER SERVICES.
