Paid Expedia $5,581.05 for flights for 3 of us to and from Cleveland for a cruise to leave April 3rd from Buenos Aires. AA canceled flight to Argentina; Expedia would not handle inquiries unless within 7 days (now 72 hours)of trip. Expedia sent a no-reply email this week stating it would provide a "credit" for canceled trip of $2,388.45 to cover basic fare to Buenos Aires but NOT the seat upgrades we purchased through Expedia for a total of $3,192.60 for this leg. Additionally, our return flight from Lisbon is still scheduled for April 22nd and cost $2,388.45. We want a full refund for the total cost of this trip, not a credit - cannot communicate with Expedia or locate a link to submit refund request. Expedia/airline has had our money since last November. We recognize these are trying times, but there is no service in Expedia's customer service. Now we taxpayers are being asked to provide bail out relief to these industries when they are keeping our money?! As an aside, the cruise line, Oceania, has been fabulous -- good communications and excellent credit or refund options. We ask Expedia to enable communications regarding these bookings instead of its one-way, no-reply emails regarding our bookings and investments!
